Mateevs operates fulfilment centres in both the United Kingdom and the United States to ensure faster and more efficient domestic delivery. Orders placed before our 2pm cut-off time are typically dispatched the same working day through trusted local logistics partners.

- Free delivery on orders over Β£50
- Orders under Β£50 incur a delivery charge of Β£3.95
United States
- Estimated delivery within 3β5 working days
- Free delivery on orders over $65
- Orders under $65 incur a delivery charge of $5.50
Delivery times may vary during peak periods, promotional events, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. During busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment and receive delivery updates.
If you experience any issues with your tracking information or package delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly in the first instance, as they are best placed to assist with delivery-related enquiries.
International Taxes & Duties
MATEEVS currently delivers domestically within the United Kingdom and the United States.
At this time, we do not offer delivery to countries outside the United Kingdom and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled through our local fulfilment centres to support faster and more efficient domestic delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Mateevs cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
As we aim to process orders quickly, there may only be a limited window to amend or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer support team at sayhi@mateevs.com as soon as possible.
