Offers & Promotions Terms*

  1. All discounts, promotional offers, complimentary products and gifts are subject to availability and may be available for a limited time only.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are valid only on eligible purchases made directly through mateevs.com.
  3. Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout before payment is completed. Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
    Only one promotional or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise expressly stated.
  4. Complimentary samples are subject to availability and will only be offered when sample stock is available. Where no samples are available, the sample selection option or pop-up will not be displayed, and complimentary samples will not be included with the order. Samples have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed separately.
  5. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or promotional codes unless specifically confirmed by MATEEVS.
  6. Certain products, collections, delivery charges, gift cards or other items may be excluded from an offer. Any exclusions will be stated within the relevant promotion where applicable.
  7. Minimum order values, maximum discount amounts, usage limits, customer eligibility requirements or geographical restrictions may apply and will be stated with the relevant offer.
  8. Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
  9. Where an order is returned, any refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid after all discounts have been applied.
  10. Where a promotion includes a complimentary product, sample or gift that is conditional on meeting a qualifying spend, the promotional item may also need to be returned if the remaining order no longer meets the qualifying requirements.
  11. Offers are subject to the stated start and end dates, where applicable. MATEEVS may end or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, including in cases of stock limitations, technical errors, misuse or circumstances outside our reasonable control. This will not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing or promotional error has occurred.
  12. MATEEVS reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw a promotional benefit where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, duplicate account activity, unauthorised code distribution or an attempt to circumvent the promotion terms.
    In the event of an obvious pricing, discount or website error, MATEEVS may correct the error and contact the customer before processing the affected order.
  13. All purchases remain subject to our standard Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
  14. Nothing in these promotional terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
