Returns

We want every Mateevs experience to feel exceptional from the moment your order arrives. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will assist you promptly.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items unless the product is faulty.

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must remain unopened and unused
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

This has quickly become the sort of fragrance I would reach for when I don’t want to spend ages deciding what to wear. It feels refined but comfortable, and I really like that balance. The fragrance develops nicely and remains enjoyable rather than becoming tiring after a while. It has enough personality to be memorable but still feels suitable for everyday use, which is a massive plus for me. I can easily imagine wearing this to dinner, while working or simply when heading out with friends. A seriously enjoyable fragrance and an easy five-star choice from me

I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy this quite as much as I did. It has a really polished personality without feeling overly formal, which makes it incredibly easy to wear. I’ve used it on ordinary days as well as evenings out and it has fitted both situations brilliantly. What I particularly like is that it never feels like it is trying too hard. It simply has a confident, pleasant character that keeps you coming back for another spray. The quality feels excellent and the overall experience has been genuinely satisfying. Properly impressed with this one!

I genuinely enjoyed this one and found it surprisingly versatile. It has a polished character that works nicely during the day and doesn’t feel out of place when going somewhere smarter either. The overall quality is good and I liked how comfortable it remained throughout the wear. My only hesitation is that I wanted a touch more longevity, but apart from that it’s a cracking choice and definitely something I’d happily wear again

I enjoyed the overall fragrance and found it quite easy to wear, especially during the day. The character is pleasant and reasonably polished, but for me the longevity was the main issue. After a while it became much quieter than I expected, so I found myself wishing it had a little more staying power. Still, it’s certainly not a poor fragrance and I’d happily use it occasionally

My first bottle was sweet addict. I’m very very happy with this scent. Thank you. My second purchase just came in today cotton clouds. I think this by far is the nicest smelling scent. I’m so happy. You will be hearing from me in the future on some more of your wonderful perfumes.

Giving it 4 stars as it arrived a day later than I was expecting. That said, the fragrance smells very similar to Santal 33, and I’m really pleased with it.
