Returns
We want every Mateevs experience to feel exceptional from the moment your order arrives. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will assist you promptly.
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must remain unopened and unused
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
