OVERVIEW

Returns
We want every Mateevs experience to feel exceptional from the moment your order arrives. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and we will assist you promptly.
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items unless the product is faulty.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must remain unopened and unused
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Return requests should be made within 14 days of delivery
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

A mate at work put me onto these after I tried Hampton Rose, their take on Penhaligon’s Halfeti. Genuinely impressed. Sprayed it on in the evening and I could still smell it the next morning.
The packaging’s proper smart as well – looks way more premium than most of the dupe brands I’ve bought before. Price-wise it’s pretty much the same as the others, but it definitely feels a lot more upmarket.
Really chuffed with it. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Tried the Hampton Rose and honestly impressed. It smells remarkably close to Penhaligon’s Halfeti hard to tell the difference. The packaging feels really premium too, definitely doesn’t match the price point. Great find for anyone who loves that scent but doesn’t want to pay designer prices. Will be ordering more!
